OK.... a minor pet peave. The flames are tied with the canucks, both of those teams are tied with the Avalanche. All of these are two points behind the Wild who are first in the division. Why, on every sports show, are the Flames/Wild lauded for being so good, and not only a lock to make the playoffs, but also do well in them and the Canucks are always prefaced with "if they make it". Minnie because they're 5-2-3 in the L10. The Flames because they didn't recently get shutout by the 'Yotes, killed by the Ducks and hang on by a thread to the Kings. Also, their top player IS their top player. IP: Logged |
