Hall of Memories

In these pages you will find the remnants of the history of my webpage, from its humble beginnings to its most recent incarnation. Unfortunately, the "proto-page", or first webpage I ever made, is no longer available, and we can only detect its existence much like we can the origins of the universe and the ape-human Missing Link. You can visit each page, but most of the links are broken for obvious reasons, and many of the pictures are also long gone.

So let's start at the beginning...

First, the cluster of pages from my very first website, created some time in May of 1999:

About Me - My simplistic, yet best-to-date, attempt at an About Me page

History - Some of you may remember this slightly egotistical attempt at an describing where I came from

My Mission - Here's where I talk briefly about where I intended to go

Human Nature - The original Discourse and Diatribes section! Can you detect the cynicism?

I also intended to make a separate page to cater to my interest in space, but that never quite worked out:

Here's the webpage that I stuck with for quite some time. I was pretty good at keeping it updated with at least a new feature website or picture, which ranged from The Freesite to a picture of a rugby player running "free spirit"... :

The first glimpse of the new format... although the name changed at least 3 times, this style of webpage lasted for nearly a year, from August of 2000 to July of 2001:

The new format received a little more beef, and a name change. I got the idea to start linking everyone's page on the front, rather in my incredibly large "My Links" page, in part to make it easier for myself and to give everyone an easier time of finding new pages. This was also the time I was on the now-defunct Homepages:

Still on Homepages, but I'm starting to change the page a little more quickly, thanks to the boredom of a work term in Mississauga:

The final page on Homepages, just prior to switching over the littlesputnik.net. Also just prior to completing the Cohorts section, quite possibly the one section that took the longest time to complete:
